Christmas 2010 | |
And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow,
stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so?
It came without ribbons. It came without tags.
It came without packages, boxes or bags.
And he puzzled and puzzled ’till his puzzler was sore.
Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn’t before.
What if Christmas, he thought, doesn’t come from a store?
What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more?

Tis the season!
May your holidays be filled with everything that makes you smile!

You and a Ted Geisel quote have made ME smile today. I hope the jolly fat man was good to you.
Be well,

Thanks for reminding us.
Happy Holidays, dear Angela.
Doing my last-minute xmas shopping yesterday (as usual), I was surprised and delighted to find the mall packed. I do believe things are looking up. I didn’t even grumble when it took me ten minutes to find a parking spot.
Good cheer to all and much prosperity this coming year.
Such a sweet sentiment from such a sweet lady. It does remind us that what matters isn’t found in a store.
Although sending Angela a few prezzies is never a bad thing.
Shit! Did I miss Christmas?
😉
And after a phone session with you, dear Angela, I feel like the well-done Whoville Roast Beast.
